First Time Client Package
This package is for new clients ready to get started on creating a wellness and nutrition plan that works for you. The package includes an initial one hour consultation followed by 3, 6, or 9 coaching sessions (must be used within 3/6/9 months from the first consultation date) plus 6 weeks of unlimited access to me + support by text, voice messages, or email. Need advice on which protein bar to grab at the airport? Or what smoothie to order at Joe and the Juice? I got you. Text me and we'll work through any issues right there and then. I recommend that my new clients start with at least 3 coaching sessions to give us enough time to set up a wellness plan and make lifestyle changes that are sustainable: this is not about quick fixes or fad diets.
